National Sculpture Society, Inc.

Scholarships of $2,000 each are available for students of figurative or representational sculpture. Scholarships are paid directly to the academic institution through which the student applies. The submission deadline is May 31 every year. Internships are also available.

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Visual Arts Fellowship

Funding opportunity for professional artists and full-time students (both graduate and undergraduate) of the visual arts and art history in Virginia. Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. and must be current legal residents of Virginia. Deadline once a year, in November.

Worldstudio Foundation AIGA Scholarships

Mission is to increase diversity in the creative professions and to foster social and environmental responsibility in the artists, designers, and studios of tomorrow. Provides scholarships for undergraduate or graduate art students from minority or economically disadvantaged backgrounds, mostly in the range of $2,000-$3,000.

Union League Civic & Arts Foundation

Awards to students enrolled full-time in visual arts degree programs at metropolitan Chicago, Illinois, schools. In addition, recipients’ artwork will be displayed.
