SWAN Day Kenya celebrates its 10th Anniversary with a day-long festival of music, dance, spoken word, and visual art.

The theme for this year’s SWAN weekend is: ” It starts with me” focusing on women artists for peaceful coexistence and national cohesion. All artists are encouraged to let this theme inspire their performance or work of art that is created for the SWAN weekend.

The SWAN day event will be on the 25th March at the Kenya National Theatre , Harry Thuku Road, Nairobi  from 9.00 am to 7.00PM.

Lydiah Dola, the winner of the International SWAN Day Song Contest, will be a featured performer, and there will be a book signing by Boaz Adhengo, author of Creativity in Kenya.
