Personal Statement: I am primarily a painter, who works in a variety of mediums.

My intention to convey the complexity of human emotion through the use of the elements and principles of design.

Short Bio
Painting is an obsession for me.

I grew up on a farm in southern Michigan. Both my mother and my aunt were painters. They introduced me to drawing and painting at a very early age.

I have a passion for learning and experimenting with various mediums. I have participated in various exhibitions in the past 7 years, including "Women in the Arts" Detroit, MI, 1998.
