Current Work I work full-time as the Executive Director of The Fund for Women Artists. I oversee all of the activities of The Fund for Women Artists, and I am currently focusing on organizing the second international Support Women Artists Now Day/SWAN Day, which will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2009. See www.SwanDay.org.
I am available for lectures, workshops, or panel discussions on fundraising, arts management, women and the arts, or arts advocacy issues. I am often able to offer fresh perspectives on these topics, because my views of the arts world have been deeply influenced by my interests in law, economics, and feminism.
I wrote a short essay in October 2003 about the factors that led me to create The Fund for Women Artists. It is available in the Advocacy/International Issues/Manila Pages section of this site.
