Mission Statement: IF…/DACA…PENTRU FEMEI is an ensemble of theatre
artists working together to expand opportunities for women in the world of theatre and performance; we do plays ABOUT, WITH, and FOR WOMEN. We do not exclude male presence. We generally fight for tolerance (gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, wealth difference) and mutual understanding and we celebrate cultural diversity. Our focus on the future is for a better world - this is the reason why we put a major effort into educational work with children and children in need, any kind of need.

Current Work
We are preparing two theater performances: The Child Behind the Eyes, by Nava Semel, and The Table, an ongoing performance-in-progress with students from “Spiru Haret” Theater Faculty.

We are also giving a theatre workshop with orphaned children from Casa St. Ignatiu, Concordia, and we are developing a strategy to create the first Community Theatre in Bucharest.
