Current Work I'm completing a second book of poetry, Heart Shift. This manuscript contains many published poems plus new work. I'm also finishing a manuscript of short stories, Queen of the Sugar House. I have a completed manuscript of essays for which I'm seeking a publisher. |
Short Bio Constance Studer earned a diploma from the Toledo Hospital School of Nursing and worked many years as a registered nurse in Intensive Care-Coronary Care and as a hospital supervisor. She earned a B.A. in English Literature from Illinois College, Jacksonville, IL, and an M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Besides working as a registered nurse, Constance taught creative writing in the Continuing Education department of the University of Colorado.
