This science fiction thriller will knock The Matrix and Lord of the Rings out of the water. - Elaine North is author of ELECTION 2000 ENCHANTMENT, a crime romance novel on the 2000 presidential election in Florida. In the novel, a white girl and black girl become vote recounters (those who volunteered to hold ballots up to the light looking at chads). The young women encounter intrigue, romance, passion, danger and deception as they meet people that come to Florida due to the election crisis. The entire story of the derailed election crisis is told through the two girls and a crook that comes to Florida to steal ballots and tries to use the girls.
