Current Work
My full-length play Incoming will be produced by The Philadelphia Theatre Workshop at the Walnut Street Theatre Studio 5 from April 13-29, 2007. Incoming was selected for the International Centre for Women Playwrights Chicago 2007 HER-RAH Festival from June 21-24, 2007. Tempting, a full-length play, will be featured at Philadelphia Theatre Workshop's Playshop Festival from June 8-17, 2007.
Short Bio
My 10-minute play Click Me was produced at the Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia's SPARK Showcase Festival in July 2006.In 2005, my one-act play Kiss of Death, Inc. was produced by Brooklyn Arts Exchange; in 2001, Here's the Story was staged at Playwrights Theatre in Madison, NJ, with the Rose City Project. My short stories, essays, and poetry have appeared in The Advocate, Harrington Lesbian Fiction Quarterly, Slant, Zone 3, WaterStone, and other magazines and in anthologies published by Alyson Publications, Grayson Books, and The Crossing Press.
Honors
Fellowship in Prose, NJ State Council on the Arts, 1999; fellowship residencies at Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, 2000 & 2002; admitted to The Bread Loaf Writers' Conference in 2003.
