Personal Statement: I am a fine artist, graphic designer, and writer whose artwork is reflective of my culture and my memories of growing up in the mountainous countryside of Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico. Through my art, I want others to experience the treasures of Puerto Rico's history. My paintings incorporate movement and bright colors, which I employ hoping to remind viewers of places they have visited or stories from their childhood, and give them a desire to learn more about Puerto Rico's past. My media are pastels, acrylics, computers, and the written word.

Current Work
I am an entrepreneur and own a Ft. Lauderdale-based graphic design company. I have been painting new work for an art exhibition in Puerto Rico, completing a poetry book, and developing a product line called Latina! and Sassy Chic!
Short Bio
Born in New Jersey and raised in Puerto Rico, I currently live in South Florida. I've always loved art and writing and started practicing both at a very young age. My love for the arts sent me on the path to finding a career in which to express my craft. I found that I could make a living in graphic design, so I obtained a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, graduating with honors, Cum Laude, from Florida Atlantic University.

Designing on both Mac & PCs since 1996, I have advanced skills in digital imaging as well as preparing files for print, photographic, and electronic media.
