Personal Statement: I am at the beginning of the search for a purposeful and truthful communication. I am finding that there is, for the viewers of dance and for the dancers, a deep connection to something that is not logical, but is visceral. It is my mission to work alongside this mystery and continue to develop an understanding of movement.

Current Work
Linalynn Natter's next project is to showcase her works in Northampton, MA at the A.P.E theater in Thornes Market. "Breath of Fresh Air" will be premièred on June 25th and 26th in 2005.
Short Bio
Linalynn has danced since she was 5 years old. Like many little girls she wanted to be a ballet dancer. Then, at the Greater Hartford Academy for the Performing Arts in Hartford, CT, she studied under Kim Stoud, former dancer of the Martha Graham Dance Company. It was this exposure that inspired her to attend Columbia College in Chicago to study modern dance and choreography.

Linalynn Natter returned to New England to raise funds and to attend the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she graduated in 2004 with a BFA in Dance.

Linalynn is a dance teacher at the Stonleigh-Burnham School in Greenfield, MA for the 2004-2005 school year. In 2005-2006 Linalynn will be teaching in Killingwoth, CT, while she begins to form her own dance company. Stay tuned for the first performance in 2006.
