privacy statement discloses the privacy practices of WomenArts, also known as The Fund for Women Artists.

WomenArts is the sole owner of the information collected through this
website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others
in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
The WomenArts Network
In order
to create a profile in the WomenArts Network , a user must first
create an account. During this process a user is required to give their
contact information (such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone
numbers). This information is used to contact the user about their
profiles and about other WomenArts services and programs.
WomenArts Newsletters
If a user wishes to subscribe to any WomenArts newsletters, the user is required to provide their name, email address, and snail mail address. No other personal information is required to subscribe to
WomenArts newsletters.

This web site contains links to many other sites. Please be aware that WomenArts is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other
sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site

who has a profile in the WomenArts Network will be sent site and service announcement
updates. Artists are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements,
which contain important information about the service.

different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users
by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we
use their information in this different manner. We will use information in
accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
